Promoter: Cider of Sweden Ltd t/a Kopparberg UK, 1 Aire Street, Leeds, LS1 4PR, United Kingdom
1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion may not enter.
2. Purchase of promotional pack required, in ASDA only. Promotional packs subject to availability.
3. Email address and internet access are required.
4. Maximum one entry per person per week, maximum one prize per person.
5. Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 on 5 June 2025 and 23:59 on 3 July 2025. Any entries received outside the promotion period will not be accepted.
6. To participate: During the Promotion Period, purchase any promotional 10 x 330ml Kopparberg Strawberry and Lime or 10 x 330ml Kopparberg Mixed Fruit pack (the “Promotional Packs”) in a participating ASDA store. Also during the Promotion Period, scan the QR code on pack or access winwithkopparberg.co.uk and complete the entry form with your name, email address and 8-digit unique code found inside each Promotional pack sleeve. One unique code is printed on each promotional pack sleeve. Only Promotional Packs have the unique code printed on the inside of the band. There are 26,208 Promotional Packs and they are subject to availability across all ASDA stores (including online).
7. Each 8-digit code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once, to use codes from packs which are not Promotional Packs, or to use any codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such entries will be declared void.
8. Maximum one entry per unique code.
9. Prizes: There are 8,736 Instant Win Prizes as follows:
a. 205 x LUMIX Travel Zoom Compact Camera (model DC-TZ99E-K);
b. 631 x Instax polaroid camera mini 12 model (16806121)); and
c. 7,900 x £10 ASDA e-Gift cards. The e-Gift cards can be used for full or part payment in Asda stores for anything excluding third party concessions or products; gift cards, tobacco, stamps, petrol and lottery tickets. 10. Not all prizes are guaranteed to be won. Please see clause 14 for prize allocation process.
11. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.
12. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

14. Winner selection: Winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. For each entry the odds of winning an Instant Win Prize are 1 in 3. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes will be available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won.
15. Winner notification: Winners will be notified onscreen immediately upon entering whether they have won, and what they have won. Winners will also receive an email to the email account associated with the winning entry within 24 hours of their win, confirming their win. Where the prize is an ASDA eGift card, the eGift Card will be sent by email to the same email account within 28 working days. Where the prize is a camera, the winner will be asked to supply a delivery address within the United Kingdom. The winner must input a valid delivery address within the United Kingdom within 10 working days of notification of the win otherwise the win will lapse. Delivery of camera prizes will be fulfilled 28 working days from the day address is confirmed.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any winner, including their age (via means of photographic identification), before awarding a Prize and refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.
17. Privacy: The details you provide when entering this promotion, namely your email address, and (in the case of winners of cameras) your postal address will be held by the Promoter under the terms of its privacy policy, available here. Your personal data will be used by the Promoter and its agents acting on their behalf only for the operation of this promotion and for the delivery of prizes. The Promoter is bound by the UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and all applicable laws. Your personal data will be stored for 3 months from the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be deleted. Your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless you specifically opt in to receive our marketing communications and will only be disclosed to such third-party agents as mentioned in this clause. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to kopparberg@wearequantum.co.uk. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
18. Privacy – winner details: The name and region of winners of the cameras will be made available on request. To receive the list of these winners, please send an email to kopparberg@wearequantum.co.uk with “Kopparberg Capture the Moment Winners” in the subject header, to arrive between 15 August and 30 September 2025. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting kopparberg@wearequantum.co.uk. In any case, if a regulatory body requests confirmation of the existence of winners, or evidence of receipt of prizes, the Promoter shall be entitled to disclose the information of any winner to the regulatory body only.
19. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry site. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
20. Participants in this promotion agree that neither the Promoters nor any of the promotional parties will have liability for: a. any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; b. any communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, human error or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion; c. any inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or email services; d. any damage to prizes sent to participants; e. any non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information by participants, postal disputes or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control; or f. any system failures on the email services
21. The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services.
22. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the running of the Promotion or to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion, with no liability to entrants or third parties.
23. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing an affected obligation. In exceptional circumstances including those described here, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion and to invalidate any affected entries.
24. No entries (bulk or otherwise) from trade, agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, or using other means to create bulk entries, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is hiding their identity by using multiple email accounts, manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel any prize claimed by that entrant in breach of these terms and conditions.
25. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoters, its agents, and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering or taking up the Prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoter’s liability in respect of; (a) death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence; or (b) liability arising out of the Promoter’s fraud.
26. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
27. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
28. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
29. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
